Rogue's philosophy isn't an encouragement to do whatever you want. It is a way of life. Be professional, play the game but never conform.

We based this off of the NSW lifestyle. Everyone from the highest rank to the lowest rank has different views on tackling a problem. We don't fall for the rouse of "This is how we've always done it, so that's what we're going to do."

So when conformity starts to become the norm, we have to become rogue. Separate from the formation and develop new SOPs. Adapt an unconventional way of operating to match the unconventional warfare that we will face. Circumvent the day to day bullshit that we have to deal with just to do our job. Think outside the box to accomplish the mission.
